Fred Flintstone
Randolph Bleiwas, our Executive Director, has Master's degrees in Psychology and Social Work, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Brain Injury Specialist, a NYS Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor and a Certified Hypnotherapist in addition to other certifications.​
He provided therapy in and administrated mental health and substance abuse programs in a variety of settings and has extensive experience in TBI, disabilities, trauma and other areas that affect our clients. More importantly, he cares about the people that we serve and wants Beacon Place to make a difference in peoples' lives and to be the place where hope never ends.

Betty Rubble
I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker and earned my Masters degree from Fordham University. I've had Training in suicide prevention, emergency mental health, crisis resolution and trauma focused CBT. I've worked with all ages and stages of development, individual, family, group and couples therapy. I am experienced helping people navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions and grief. I specialize in working with survivors of sexual violence and trauma, as well as the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating religious trauma. I work from a person centered approach that has a heavy base in DBT and mindfulness. I also incorporate other modalities such as motivational interviewing, solution focused, IFS, CBT, and psycho-education. I hope to create the space to help guide you to love and accept all parts of yourself in a way that feels safe and authentic.
